XT.COM Announcement on Supporting the Merge of NuCypher (NU) and Keep Network (KEEP) Tokens

Dear XTers,

XT.COM will support the merge of NuCypher (NU) and Keep Network (KEEP) tokens. The specific arrangements are as follows:

• XT.COM will suspend the deposit and withdrawal of NuCypher (NU) and Keep Network (KEEP) tokens at 08:00 on February 14, 2022 (UTC).
• Note: NU and KEEP tokens deposit thereafter will not be credited, please deposit in advanced;
• XT.COM will suspend and delist NU/USDT, KEEP/USDT trading pairs at 08:00 on February 14, 2022 (UTC). Please cancel the order in advanced. If the order is not cancelled in time, the system will automatically cancel it.
• XT.COM will take a snapshot of the user's NU and KEEP positions after, and issue T tokens according to the exchange ratio of 1 NU = 3.26 T and 1 KEEP = 4.78 T;
• XT.COM will open T/USDT spot trading at 06:00 on February 18, 2022 (UTC), and simultaneously open the deposit service;
• After the token merger is completed, the opening time of T token withdrawal will be announced separately;
• New ERC-20 token contract address (T): 0xCdF7028ceAB81fA0C6971208e83fa7872994beE5

Notice :

• This token merger may dilute the value of the tokens held by NuCypher (NU) or Keep Network (Keep) holders, depending on the relative prices of the two tokens;
• The distribution of token T will be completed by 05:30 (UTC) on February 18, 2022 at the latest.
