[About SZRR]

SZRR is a subscription right token for equity income rights, launched in September 2025 by the RWA Global Investment Banking Alliance. Upon the close of the issuance period, SZRR holders will be entitled to a limited subscription right for SZRS. SZRS represents an equity income right token backed by shares of Seazen Group Limited (01030.HK), a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The underlying asset consists of 19,346,101 shares of Seazen Group Limited, subscribed by Blockchain Metaverse Academy Pty Ltd, accounting for approximately 0.27% of the company’s issued share capital. Based on a valuation by SWCW CPA LTD, the shares were valued at approximately JPY 3.32 billion (≈ USD 22 million) as of July 31, 2025.

Note: SZRR is the subscription right token for SZRS. All SZRR held by users will be converted into SZRS around September 27, 2025.
Conversion Rules:
- 1 SZRR + USDT equivalent to 0.25845 HKD = 1 SZRS
- The required USDT will be deducted directly from your account. Insufficient balance will result in invalid subscription rights.
Additional Information:
- Trading and withdrawals for SZRR/USDT will be suspended before conversion. Please stay tuned for further announcements.
- The distribution of SZRS and its listing details will be announced separately.
- Please ensure a sufficient USDT balance in your account to avoid any impact on the conversion.
