Thank you for your continued trust and support. SZRR was originally scheduled to open for subscription and redemption into SZRS (Equity Income Right Token) in early October 2025. However, due to regulatory considerations, the underlying asset of SZRS — Seazen Group Limited (01030.HK) — has shown limited price growth, with its market value offering little to no premium over the HKD 2.5845 per share benchmark.
In order to better protect the interests of our users, and after thorough evaluation and multiple discussions with the relevant asset counterparties, XT.COM has decided to adjust the underlying asset of SZRR as follows:
- Original Plan: SZRR linked to SZRS, a subscription warrant backed by equity income rights of Seazen Group Limited (01030.HK).
- Revised Plan: SZRR will instead be anchored to a music IP ecosystem token associated with the Australian AI Music Alliance (AUAi Music Alliance), bringing sustained utility and value to SZRR holders.
