[About UPAL]
UPAL is a real-world asset (RWA) token issued by UPALL LIMITED (Cayman SPV). It made its global debut on XT Exchange on October 1, 2025, with a total supply of 100 million tokens, an issue price of USD 0.001 per token, and a three-year term. UPAL is pegged to two underlying real assets:
- PLAG — a NYSE-listed company focused on green agriculture and clean energy.
- GNDS — a U.S.-based pre-IPO company operating a Finnish green data center, scheduled for IPO in 2026.
Each 500 UPAL token corresponds to one share of PLAG and one share of GNDS original equity. Through the SPV structure, UPAL holders are entitled to dividends and equity transfer proceeds derived from the underlying assets. By integrating real-world equity value with on-chain liquidity, UPAL establishes an innovative bridge between traditional capital markets and digital assets, unlocking new pathways for value creation and capital efficiency.
