XT Announcement on the Launching USTBL (USTBL)

USTBL is a regulated digital asset that provides exposure to the yield of short-term U.S. Treasury Bills. Designed to deliver stability and dollar-denominated returns directly on the blockchain, it combines the safety of U.S. Treasuries with the efficiency of digital finance.
