[About RAIN]
Rain is a fully decentralized prediction markets protocol on Arbitrum, known as the 'Uniswap of prediction markets.' It offers a permissionless framework for creating and trading custom Public (AI-resolved) and Private markets. Resolution is backed by a decentralized arbitration system with an AI "judge" and human oracles.
Features include secondary trading, account abstraction, and a deflationary model (2.5% of volume buys and burns $RAIN). Governance is via a DAO. Rain is backed by Nasdaq-listed Enlivex Therapeutics (ENLV), which raised $212M to implement the first-ever prediction market digital asset treasury strategy. ENLV uses $RAIN as its primary reserve asset and has an exclusive option to acquire up to $918M in tokens.
