[About DONT]

DisclaimerCoin ($DONT) is an experimental on-chain memecoin launched by DeFi Development Corp. (Nasdaq: DFDV), marking the first time in history that a publicly traded company has issued a memecoin directly on blockchain infrastructure. $DONT is not a product, utility token, or investment vehicle — it is a real, live experiment in what happens when a publicly-listed company engages with internet-native culture and infrastructure without traditional filters, intermediation, or hype. Unlike typical memecoins that launch with roadmaps, advisors, and aggressive utility claims, $DONT intentionally has no roadmap, no advisors, no utility, and no promises. Its defining characteristic is its disclaimer-first identity: it literally tells users not to buy it, even as it exists openly onchain.

PENGUIN and DONT are newly-listed tokens and its initial price may suffer huge fluctuations, causing partial or total losses. Before trading, please have a full understanding of all the risks in investing in digital assets and be prudent in your own decisions.
