XT.COM will officially launch the [Futures Auto-Earn] on January 29, 2026, at 12:00 (UTC). This feature lets your futures margin earn interest automatically each day, turning idle funds into a compounding growth engine. We're excited to enhance XT’s derivatives products and help you get more out of your capital.
You can enable or disable [Futures Auto-Earn] on the USDT-M Futures account page. (Default: OFF. An XT futures account and the latest app version are required.)
Turn On Futures Auto-Earn
- Once enabled, interest is credited automatically every day after 00:00 UTC. Click [Total Earnings] to view your transaction history, and filter by Interest to see details.
Key Features
As XT’s smart asset growth service, Futures Auto-Earn is designed to help you:
- Earn interest automatically with daily compounding: The system takes hourly snapshots of your USDT-M futures account equity (including unrealized P&L and strategy positions). Interest is calculated using the lowest value of the day, credited T+1 (UTC), and rolled into the next day’s calculation.
- Keep full access to your funds: Funds remain in your trading account and are never locked. Normal trading, order placement, and transfers are unaffected, so you can trade freely while earnings accrue.
- Enjoy tiered returns: Interest rates scale with your balance—larger holdings earn higher returns. Flexible entry thresholds make Auto-Earn accessible to users with different asset levels, while per-account caps ensure fairness.
- Benefit across main and sub-accounts: After Auto-Earn is enabled on the main account, sub-accounts can also earn automatically. Assets are aggregated for interest calculation, with earnings credited to the main account for centralized management.
Whether you hold futures long term or trade actively, Futures Auto-Earn helps you put idle margin to work more efficiently.
Important Notes
- Futures Auto-Earn can only be activated on sub-accounts after it is enabled on the main account. If it is turned off on the main account, it will be disabled across all sub-accounts.
- Interest is credited automatically to the main USDT-M futures account after 00:00 UTC each day and can be used for trading or withdrawals.
- Interest is based on the lowest value from 24 hourly snapshots. If the balance does not meet the minimum threshold, no interest will be generated that day.
