[About FT]

Flying Tulip is a full-stack on-chain financial marketplace led by Andre Cronje (the DeFi pioneer behind Yearn.finance, Synthetix, and more). It integrates spot trading, perpetuals, lending, credit, a native stablecoin (ftUSD), and on-chain insurance, built around a cross-margin system that emphasizes capital efficiency and transparent risk management.
Its core innovations include a Perpetual PUT mechanism, which allows users to burn $FT at any time to redeem principal-equivalent value. Funds are deployed into low-risk DeFi protocols such as Aave, Ethena, and Spark, with generated yields used for operations as well as $FT buyback and burn programs.

More About XT Pre-Market OTC Trading：

What Is Pre-Market OTC Trading?

XT Pre-Market OTC Trading is an innovative peer-to-peer trading platform that allows users to trade newly listed tokens before they become available on the XT spot market. Buyers and sellers can freely set prices and complete early-stage token deals, establishing a pricing base ahead of official market launch.

How Does Pre-Market OTC Trading Work?

P2P Order Matching

Users can list orders by setting custom prices and quantities.
Orders can be actively created or selected from existing order books.
Enables market-driven price discovery with high flexibility and user control.

Token Delivery Mode

Sellers must ensure sufficient token balance in their spot account before the settlement time.
Upon successful match, the system performs automatic "token-for-cash" settlements.
In case of default, the system uses a collateralized compensation mechanism to protect buyers.

Trade Guarantee Mechanism

To enhance security and execution reliability, the platform freezes required funds from both buyers and sellers at the time of order placement. In case of default, frozen collateral is automatically used to compensate the affected party.

XT Pre-Market OTC Trading Advantages

Early Positioning: Enter projects before spot trading opens, potentially acquiring high-quality tokens at lower prices.
Market-Based Pricing: P2P trading allows users to discover prices organically, free from centralized controls.
Guaranteed Liquidity: Pre-frozen assets ensure smooth matching and secure transaction execution.
Capital Protection: Settlement backed by margin guarantees reduces counterparty risk.
Community Activation: Encourages community and agent participation, fueling momentum and traffic for future spot listings.

Risk Warning: Participating in Pre-Market OTC Trading does not guarantee that the token will be listed on the XT spot market. In case of default or high-risk behavior by the project team, XT reserves the right to terminate the trading pair and cancel all open and completed orders. All locked funds will be refunded to users' spot accounts, with zero transaction fees incurred.
