[About MMPT]

MMPT is the tokenized fundraising vehicle for the Mancala Mining dual-asset RWA portfolio in Australia, anchored by the Winnecke Goldfield and the Jervois-Dulcie Copper project. The current deck highlights a high-grade gold system at Winnecke (16.2t Au @ 11.45 g/t, Indicated + Inferred) and a district-scale copper asset at Dulcie (672,700t Cu @ 1.86%, Inferred). The project thesis is that near-term gold cash flow can de-risk and help fund the copper development, reducing reliance on future shareholder dilution. The deck references an experienced mining build-out team structure, including CEO/Executive Chairman, Chief Geologist, Project Development Lead and mining-sector advisors, but named bios and disclosed investors are still to be finalized in the public version.
