To further improve product performance and service experience, XT Card will undergo a system upgrade and maintenance from May 31, 2026, 03:00 (UTC) to June 5, 2026, 16:00 (UTC). During the maintenance period, certain functions will be temporarily affected. Details are as follows:
Affected Functions
- Card top-up services will be temporarily suspended;
- Card issuance and related application functions will be temporarily suspended;
- Other services related to the above functions may also be temporarily unavailable.
Unaffected Functions
XT Cards that have already been successfully activated can still be used as usual. Consumption and payment functions will not be affected by this maintenance.
Once the system upgrade and maintenance are completed, the affected functions will be restored as soon as possible. Please make any necessary arrangements in advance. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and support.
