SOY Finance was launched On 1 October 2021.
The project is part of Callisto Enterprise, a Czech-based crypto company that brings together some of the world's most experienced blockchain security experts.

SOY Finance is the world's safest decentralized exchange, adhering to industry best practices and adopting the highest level of security and standards, including:

- Safelisting of audited tokens.
- Hybrid ERC20 and ERC223 token standard.
- Decentralized insurance.

Security being an essential requirement for SOY Finance, our platform's smart contracts have been audited by Callisto Security Department.

Furthermore, the tokens that have been audited through our safelisting process will be insured by our own decentralized insurance fund, guaranteeing users' losses in the event of a hack or software error. The initial insurance funds are now collected through an IDO where SOY tokens are offered (the SOYs generated at TGE). Later on, we will implement a fully distributed insurance system to guarantee users' funds in the event of an audited token is hacked.

SOY Finance has its own utility token used in paying fees for listing assets and for paying for services on the SOY platform. Once the governance system is deployed, SOY tokens will also provide voting rights on certain governance decisions.

The SOY Finance platform is powered by Callisto Network, a proof-of-work Ethereum compatible blockchain providing fast, cheap, and safe transactions. SOY Finance offers the lowest trading fees in the industry, with costs below 0.0001 USD per transaction, while being protected from 51% attacks at the blockchain protocol level.

To date, SOY Finance has processed over 1 million transactions valued at more than $65 million.
