For users who participated in the NEXG IEO on June 01, 2024, and wish to request a refund, XT.COM will open the refund channel from now until 08:00 on June 06, 2024 (UTC) .

Note:
- Users requesting refunds need to cancel their orders within the refund period. If orders are not canceled, the platform will proceed with a unified order cancellation.
- The refund amount will be based on the remaining IEO subscription shares in the user's account.
- XT.COM will process all related refund requests by 16:00 on June 07, 2024 (UTC). Please note that once this form is submitted, you cannot redeem at the IEO price again. Thank you for your support and cooperation.
