XT.COM Announcement on the Completion of Token Buybacks and Closure of Withdrawal Services for PIN, ME, MMC, SSS, and CGFY – Help Center

Dear XTers,

In accordance with the previously published XT.COM Announcement on the Handling Plan for Abnormal Trading Incidents Involving PIN, ME, MMC, SSS, and CGFY, XT has completed the buyback process for all five projects. The relevant details are announced as follows:

1. Buybacks Completed and Funds Distributed

For users who submitted buyback applications within the specified period and passed the review, XT has completed the deduction of the corresponding tokens in accordance with the buyback rules set out in the original announcement. All applicable buyback payments in USDT have been credited to users’ XT Spot Accounts. Please log in to your XT account to check your transaction history.

2. Buyback Application Channel Closed

The application channel for this buyback program has been closed. No additional buyback applications will be accepted.

3. Buyback Amount Verification and Customer Support

If you have any objections regarding your individual loss calculation or buyback amount, please contact XT’s official online customer support or submit a support ticket within 10 days of receiving the buyback payment, in accordance with the terms of the original announcement. XT will assign dedicated personnel to review and address your concerns.

4. Withdrawal Service Closure

Withdrawal services for PIN, ME, MMC, SSS, and CGFY will be closed on November 13, 2026, at 03:00 (UTC). Users holding any of these tokens are advised to make the necessary arrangements in advance and complete their withdrawals before the deadline by transferring their assets to personal wallets or other platforms that support trading of the relevant tokens.

Please note that once withdrawal services are closed, these tokens can no longer be withdrawn through the XT platform. Users shall bear responsibility for any asset losses or other consequences resulting from failure to withdraw their assets in a timely manner. Please make the necessary arrangements in advance.
