Thank You for Using XT.COM Futures Grid Trading!
We will upgrade our Futures Grid product to give you a better, smoother trading experience. Starting February 06, 2026, 12:00 (UTC), the old futures Grid Trading will be gradually retired, and users will be guided to migrate to the Futures Grid Trading (NEW), which comes with enhanced features and improved usability.
This transition is designed to be seamless, so users with active strategies can continue managing or stopping them without interruption, while new users are directed to the upgraded version from the start.
Note: You’ll need an XT Futures account, and App users must update to the latest version to access all features of the new grid trading strategy.
1. Entry and Display Updates
Web:
- If you don’t have any active old Futures Grid orders, only the Futures Grid (NEW) option will be shown.
- If you have existing old orders, you can still view them in the Orders section to manage old strategies while exploring the new version.

App:
- All old Grid creation options will be removed and replaced with the Futures Grid (NEW).
- Users with existing old orders can still view and stop their strategies in the Orders section.
2. Order Placement and Usage Restrictions
- The old Futures Grid no longer supports creating new strategies. Any attempt to place new orders will be blocked with the message: “Please upgrade to the latest version to continue.”
- The “Share” feature in the old Futures Grid will be hidden.
- All links previously pointing to the old Futures Grid will now redirect to the Futures Grid (NEW) or the Strategy Aggregation page.
3. Order Management Support
- Existing old Futures Grid orders will continue running and can still be viewed or stopped.
- Old orders will migrate to the Order Management section on the Strategy Aggregation page and display alongside new orders for unified management.
4. User Operation Guide
Users without old orders:
- You can create and manage strategies directly on the Futures Grid (NEW) page. No extra steps required.
Users with old orders:
- View and manage old orders on the Strategy Aggregation page.
- We recommend gradually migrating old strategies to the new version for a smoother trading experience and enhanced functionality.
5. Important Notes
- The old Futures Grid will enter read-only and stop-only mode. Creating, modifying, or copying strategies is no longer supported.
- Stopped old orders will be automatically archived as historical orders and cannot be reopened.
- All users are encouraged to explore the Futures Grid (NEW), which offers improved performance, risk management, and strategy flexibility.
- For any migration issues, contact our support team via customer service tickets or the Help Center.
